UK Content Comply is an automated tool that analyses uploaded documents against UK speech law frameworks and provides per-law risk assessments. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload documents that you do not have the right to submit
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service without our express permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and analysis methodology, is proprietary. You retain all rights to the documents you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, the Service is provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
